In Pakistan, attempting a short question worth two marks, correctly in a maximum of three lines, gives you full marks. But when you answer a long question worth ten marks, you have to write as much as you can.
As you write three lines to receive a full two marks, why don't you get a full ten marks when you write thirty lines?
